Workouts With an unmatched (optional) 5 days per week, we efficiently develop the skill, strength, and knowledge of our players.
League Games We play in four 10-game leagues each year (Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter). These games are available for every player.
Team Practices Our elite team members meet an extra 2 days per week to go over game strategy, situations, and team concepts.
Summer Camps Throughout June, we host camps for every age group that cover a vast array of basketball facets. Prime objective: FUN
3-6 Year Olds Lowered hoops & highered fun throughout the year to ignite their passion. We also have an awesome week-long summer camp for this age group.
Travel Teams We combine grade levels to forge what any high level college player should experience. Yearly tryouts determine who we take to face the best in the country.
Boot Camps The most complete workouts we have are at 6am. They’re for higher level players, and go all year long. Bring your A game!
Players Club For $200/mo, you get unlimited private sessions, boot camps, and other perks like film sessions and extra combines.
Combines We assess players with scores determined by height, wingspan, shooting ability, speed, vertical jump & more to measure against others and their past scores.
Open Gyms Saturday 5on5 games; open to the public at no cost. Play against your level, the team that wins stays on, and everyone improves!
Shooting Sessions We improve our shots on Sundays by getting tons of shots on the catch, off the dribble, in groups, and more.
Monthly Clinics In-depth tips on Rebounding, Shooting, Ball Handling, Defensive Skill, Offensive Skill, & Inside Scoring.
Private Sessions Extra workouts at your pace in a private (or small group) setting. You may specify exactly what you’d like to work on.
Adult Leagues Our coaches and parents team up to play Sunday nights against other adults from around town in a fun league located in Rossmoor. The goals are to have fun, bond, learn a few plays, and stay in shape.
Scrimmages So every practice is treated like a game, we have surprise games against other teams at random scheduled practices.

Use our Calendar section to book events. Free for members; listed prices for non-members. Everything is optional, games are added once we receive the schedule, non-members receive one free workout in February or August with promo code "tryout", and conditioning is 30 minutes prior to weekday events.

VIEW/BOOK EVENTS
View our Rosters to understand our team setup, to check availability, and to measure yourself among the others. Tryouts for our Elite Teams are in August & September, but we accept new members for other available roster spots year-round. The top 50 in attendance are honored at our December Awards Ceremony.

Our Elite Team is chosen in September to play in travel tournaments for the entirety of the following year.
TIMELINE
  • STEP 1: Submit our Elite Team Consideration Form in August
  • Be sure to submit this form on time, as late entrants will not be accepted
  • No payment is due, but let us know your potential level of dedication
  • We're more likely to select players willing and able to travel

  • STEP 2: Attend September Practices to tryout for next year's team
  • Try to show up to as many practices and workouts as you are able
  • All current year's team members should be in attendance as well
  • We will judge each player based on skill, dedication, and knowledge
  • STEP 3: Pay an additional $750 if you're chosen in October
  • Starts in January; ends in December. Recurring payment plan needed.
  • Gear: $600, Tournaments: $200, Practices: $500, Rental cars: $200
  • Your 50% discount is compensated by our quarterly fundraiser donations

  • STEP 4: Book Your Spot to attend the tournaments listed below
  • Book ASAP, as only the first 12 players (of our 15) will be allowed to play
  • 1st-4th, 5th-8th, and 9th-12th are teamed up for our 4-stage plan
  • Stages include: Academic, Bravado, Competitive, and Domination

  • RSVP and book flights/hotels ASAP so we know our numbers
  • $20 booking fee is to help pay our coaching staff, and to ensure our roster
  • Travel tournament curfew: 10pm for Elem, 11pm for MS, & 12am for HS
  • Players may travel without parents for a $200 hotel/guardian fee

  • We primarily only travel during official NCAA evaluation periods
  • Listed flights are Southwest. Meet at the airport in team attire 2hrs prior
  • Team rental car seats: $10→1, $50→2, $150→3, $300→4, $500→5.

  • Game schedules aren't available until 2 days to 2 weeks prior
  • There's only one mandatory team meal/meeting per day, TBD

  • Elite teams play in our year-round local league as well
  • You may also play for our STARS team if spots are open 24hrs prior
  • Show up to ALL games at least 30 minutes prior, or sit the 1st half
  • Playing time is earned, and weekly attendance is a factor

FOCUSES
From our game breakdowns, state why each clip was applied to the given focus
  • On shots, get low and hit your man away from the hoop
  • Minus the "get back", all players should crash
  • Be sure to talk loudly the majority of the game
  • On the shot, one offensive player needs to sprint beyond halfcourt
  • Minimize risks and allow the best to dribble
  • Utilize our 0-50-100 rule; with 5 exceptions
