Each task is fairly simple, but together we're accomplishing an amazing amount of work. If you can't do a task, we ask that you ask others if they can cover for you. If you fail to do any task, you lose 10% of your pay for that month and the person covering for you gains 10%.

For budgetary reasons, we will open up 1 of the 20 roles for each 10 members that join. Staff members may choose to take on more than one role at a time, and you will get paid accordingly. For those choosing a 3-year contract, administrators get paid $1,000/mo and local coaches get $300 with a 3-month bonus at the end of their contract. 2-year plans pay the admins $900/mo, the local coaches $200, and a 2 month bonus at the end of the 2-year term. Those choosing the 1-year contract earn $800/mo as admins or $100 as a local coach, with a 1-month's pay bonus at the end of a year. Assuming you succeeded in taking care of your role, you could choose the term of your next contract should you decide to continue with us.
